1. Locate Your Loved One
Visit www.iCaregifts.com and search for your loved one by their facility and by name or ID.
2. Select Your iCare Gift
Once you have found your loved one, browse our variety of options. Some facilities have variety packages made up of favorite snacks while other facilities have fresh food options. Make your selection by adding it to your cart.
Checkout quickly by using your account login & password. If you do not already have an account, you can check out as a guest or select “Create an Account” to enter your information and subscribe to email or SMS text notifications.
3. Order Confirmation & Delivery
After submitting the order, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with your order details. You can check the status of your order by clicking on the link provided in the confirmation email or through the order status section of our website.
That’s it! Your gift is in process! Once your order is prepared and received by your loved one, you will receive a delivery confirmation. While we would like to deliver all orders very quickly, based on your order placement date, facility, delivery schedule and protocols, it can take up to 30 days for your gift to be delivered.
